May have natural wear and tear depending on the age of the animal when it died.

May have very minor repair work.

Medium quality.
May have minor damage. For example, chipped bone, chipped or missing teeth and damage to the nasal cavity.

Low quality.
Will have damaged and/or broken bone, missing teeth and/or poor bone quality.
